This website is operated by Trammell Lifestyle LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Trammell Lifestyle LLC.

By accessing this website, using our services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Section 1 – Products

We offer physical products, primarily LED neon signs and customizable neon décor for weddings, businesses, sports spaces, special occasions, room décor, and other personal or commercial uses.

Our neon signs are generally made with an acrylic base approximately 1–1.5 cm thick, with LED lighting attached above the acrylic base. Neon signs include a light mode controller and compatible power supply unless otherwise stated in the individual product description.

We make every reasonable effort to display product images, colors, dimensions, designs, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, materials, and normal production variations.

For custom or personalized neon signs, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all submitted names, text, logos, spelling, and other customization details before production.

Section 2 – Order Processing & Production

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Our standard processing and production time is approximately 1–2 weeks.

Because many of our neon signs may be made or customized specifically for an order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design, customization requirements, order volume, holidays, or other production circumstances.

Section 3 – Shipping and Delivery

After production and quality inspection are completed, orders are shipped using our logistics partners.

Estimated shipping times after processing are:

  • United States: 7–9 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • European Union: 10–15 business days

Please note that these shipping times do not include the 1–2 week processing and production period.

Delivery estimates may vary due to circumstances including:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Holidays and peak seasons

  • Weather conditions

  • Destination-specific delivery conditions

  • Other unforeseen logistics issues

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Section 4 – Order Cancellation & Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

Orders may only be canceled or modified before processing or production has begun.

Because customized neon signs may be produced specifically according to a customer's submitted design, text, logo, name, or other specifications, cancellation or modification requests may not be accepted after production has started.

Approval of any cancellation or modification request depends on the status of the order at the time we receive the request.

Section 5 – Returns and Refunds

We review return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

A request may be eligible for review if:

  • The order is not delivered

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The customer receives an incorrect product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product received is significantly different from the confirmed order or product description

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging images, shipping labels, or other reasonable evidence so that we can review the issue.

Because personalized and custom neon signs are produced according to customer specifications, they may not be eligible for return or refund due solely to a change of mind, incorrect customization information submitted by the customer, or personal preference after production.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Section 6 – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your neon sign arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order information along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing the case, we will determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. This may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Please retain the product and its original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Section 7 – Custom Designs & Customer-Provided Content

For personalized products, customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted text, names, logos, graphics, and other customization information are accurate.

By providing a logo, image, design, trademark, text, or other material for customization, you represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to use that material for the requested product.

Trammell Lifestyle LLC is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect names, incorrect information, or design instructions submitted and approved by the customer.

Section 8 – Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content created or owned by Trammell Lifestyle LLC, including website text, graphics, branding, and original design elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or resell our protected website content without appropriate authorization.

Customer-provided logos, trademarks, artwork, and other intellectual property remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Section 9 – Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that access to our website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trammell Lifestyle LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 10 – Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

Any updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
