Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing, production, or shipping.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

All requests are reviewed based on the order status at the time we receive your request.

3. Cancellation Outcome

• If the order has not been processed, we will review and confirm the cancellation

• If the order is already in processing or shipping, the cancellation request may not be approved
